  1. What an awesome idea! I loved each one but especially the boho (first) and then the monochromatic. How unique if the last designer to think out of the box and consider architectural redesign. I loved this!

  2. This is even a really good idea for selling your home. If you’ve already moved and can empty your space having an interior design could really help buyers see different versions of what the home can offer.

  3. How can you tell if a photo is a 3D render created in Rivet, SketchUp Pro, or Photoshop?
Several ways. If there are windows, look to see what is on the other side. The exterior will not be in line with the space. Example, the space is an apartment and there are trees. Another is lighting and shadows, lights give off shadows. You over paid for the $375. Another is, everything is too perfect. No interior space is perfect. For example, pillows and throws have wrinkles and imperfections, and give off shadows.

If you can’t afford to pay for a real interior designer, the well trained interior designers may charge up to $2K for this service, but you will not tell the difference between the real space and the render, stick with mood boards and renders under $50.

  4. Unfortunately, most of the designers pretended like the A/C vent on the ceiling in the middle of the room wasn’t there and inserted lighting in it’s place or just covered it up. Not realistic…especially for a renter.

  5. The $375 one was really unique. Didn't like the $10 one. To me it's like someone taking pictures of pinterest. So I guess it is for a client who doesn't want to make the effort of going to pinterest. I'd pay more for the 3d options, give them my pictures from pintetest and see what they come up with.

  6. I hope you don't mind my giving you some constructive feedback. Basically this is the suggestion or you to slow down. You speak way too fast. It was like verbal diahorrea. Unpleasant to hear – if felt I was being hit by machine gun fire. Relax yourself and your voice and people will stay on your channel for longer. After about 4 seconds, I click STOP!
I was literally switching off as you spoke. You need to speak at a rate of 2.5 words per second – which is the speed that newsreaders use and there is a reason for that. This has been shown to be the optimum speed for people to take information in. If you speak slower they will switch off and/or fall asleep, which is not what you want, right? And if you speak faster, they will that you are not taking care to make the viewing experience pleasant, as I have. I have a high IQ (155) but barely had any time to process anything you were saying. So, the message is, take some more time to enjoy your time online, and others will stay with you for longer.
