  1. Hey Guys! I've been wanting to get a FAQ video out for a bit, let me know in the comments down below if you like, and should we start a series?!?! And THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH for all your sweet comments about the award! I LUV you guys!

  2. Your personality, visual emphasis pop ins (I don't know the technical term), your ability to keep the whole presentation moving along and informative, matched with your apparent experience and knowledge of design is so refreshing and exciting! You bring interior design to a grand level with your ability to communicate and energize the "facts" and trends to a point of interest that is not present in other channels. Thank you soooooo much!

  3. Thank you, Lisa, for the tips. I have the same conundrum with respect to an angled ceiling in my kitchen. Thank you so much for clarifying how to deal with it, and for identifying the place line for cabinetry when challenged with angled ceilings. It helped a lot!

  4. Hello Lisa, I'm finding a hard time finding information on the following: I'm hoping you can help. My husband and I love the blend of Scandanavian and Midcentury Modern but I have some inherited Mexican pieces (I'm of Mexican descent) that I would like to incorporate but I have no idea how. Every time I research Modern Mexican, it's never what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

  5. I love when you do Q&A! Actually, i have a question for you! I cannot decide what style i prefer: i love deco, MCM and even objects like guilt miroir and grooved chair with old flowery details! Please, help!

  6. So good to hear a designer calling the areas public vs private! My kids "why do we have to tidy up the lounge room for visitors! " lol…public vs private kids😁🙏

  7. Lisa, I just joined your channel. Great stuff!! My question is, "what do I do with the space above the fireplace that husband 'insists putting' the television on". I hate it but have no clue as to how to make it look good. Ideas?

  8. Displaying portrait of yourself-I can totally relate! I had a portrait done when I was 19 in Painter's Square in Paris but 28 years later I have never displayed it!!

  9. Love your videos! Q: Pillows? What are the style rules and guidelines for couch/chair/living room pillows? I'm a transitional style-type person who loves Restoration Hardware style. The price point for their textiles, just isn't reasonable for me. Any tips? Designer dupes?

  10. Well done and yes, I like it. Some of the questions you covered were questions that I had and others were questions that I did not know to ask. Example, the rug question. I might had made a major screw up if that had not been covered.
